If you haven't signed up for our 6-Week Fitness Challenge, it's not too late! Stop by the ROC office anytime
to pick your team name from our list of participating 2010 Winter Olympic Countries with your teammate, and your ready to
get started. Here's how the challenge works: Teams
of two will have six weeks to achieve four levels of fitness goals. Goals will get harder as you move up in levels. Each of
the four levels will have a list of goals of varying fitness levels to accommodate all participants. On each level, you must
complete a different number of goals. On level one, you must complete four goals. On level two, you must choose three. On
level three, choose tow, and on level four, choose one goal. Teammates will keep each other motivated and accountable by tracking
progress in their Activity Logs. Once a team has completed a level, they will get a color ring for their team poster board
to show other teams how far they've gone. They will also earn a prize for completing that goal. How to sign up for the challenge: First, you need to pick a teammate. Then your team will pick a
country from the list at the office. This country will serve as your team name. Your team will complete the entry form and
pick up your poster board to decorate and hang around the walking track in the gym. Stop by the office any time to pick up
your packets and get started. It wouldn't be the Olympics
without a closing ceremony and awards. The ROC Olympic Fitness Challenge closing ceremony will be March 26 at 6 p.m. in the
Atrium. Team Xtreme will perform and awards and final recognitions will be announced for our teams. All Fitness Center members
are invited to attend our closing ceremony.

Introducing:
Introducing the GymValet, a combined bottle and towel
holder for our exercise equipment. Its multi-purpose design makes it the perfect solution for holding fitness equipment
sanitizing supplies, or an exerciser's personal water bottle & towel.
The ROC Fitness Center is taking measures to help prevent the spread of H1N1 and other germs throughout your facility.
Using the GymValet will make this easier for everyone. Simply use the spray bottle and black towel provided to wipe down your
equipment before and after each use. Please remember to return the black towel to the GymValet after each use. Our staff will clean these daily for you.
Do NOT
use these towels for your face or other body parts. This may cause an undesirable reaction to your skin. We hope
you enjoy this addition to your ROC Fitness Center!
