This class features an aerobic workout done to the "oldies". This class is ideal
for older adults, beginning exercisers, people with a desire to get back into shape or for exercisers who are looking to supplement
their workout routine. The workout consists of a cardio segment, followed by strengthening and toning exercises for the muscles

chairobics class
This class utilizes handweights and upbeat music to offer
a great cardio/muscular workout for anyone! It is especially ideal for those with limited mobility or other physical limitations

cross training Challenge
your heart, soul, strength and mind! This class utilizes a variety of exercises and equipment to improve cardiovascular, muscular

Instructors
Belinda Willmoth began attending aerobics
classes at FBR in 2001, and has been teaching fitness classes for five years. She is AFAA group exercise certified, has a
Pilates Mat certification from Fitour and holds a certification as a PraiseMoves instructor. She believes God has equipped
her for service in the group exercise ministry and is excited to lead participants in exercises that stretch body, mind and
soul. Belinda and her husband of nine years, Jeremy, have two boys. As a family, they enjoy music and love bike-riding and
walking together.
Patrick Voyles began his fitness career
teaching classes at the YMCA in 2001, with a certification in group exercise. There he taught cycling, cross training and
Body Blast, as well as subbing for numerous other classes. He is now AFAA certified, since May of 2006, as a group exercise
instructor, having taught classes with the ROC since the doors opened in February of 2004. Patrick is also employed at the
ROC as a fitness trainer, where he enjoys helping people with their physical and spiritual health, while keeping himself physically
fit. He is married to Becky, and have three children.
Judy Hastings has been teaching group
fitness classes for 20 years. She currently is AFAA group exercise certified. At 60 years old, Judy realizes the importance
of exercise for maintaining physical fitness. Her classes are designed for those who enjoy moving to music and to incorporate
all of the aspects of exercise training, including cardio, strength, flexibility and balance. Judy is active in the church
drama ministry, and she and her husband Rich have two married children and enjoy leading tours to Israel.
Mike Johnson (not yet pictured)
first became involved with the ROC GroupX ministry as a Body Buster class participant. After attending for two years
or so, he became more involved with the ministry by filling in as a sub. He began his formal teaching with the ROC in June
of 2008. He has likewise been AFAA certified since June of 2008. Mike and his wife, Pam, live here in Raytown, and they have
two grown daughters who are married.

Andrea Talbert has a background in dance thus
began attending Zumba classes in the fall of 2009. It was a perfect fit so she became certified as a Zumba instructor in June
2010. Andrea initially wanted to volunteer as a fitness instructor to help her stay fit as an Officer in the Army Reserve.
However, she had no idea that God was calling her to the fitness ministry for continued spiritual growth and to be a spiritual
advisor for others. Wow what an important job! Andrea is a member of Concord Fortress of Hope Church in Kansas City, MO. Andrea
stays busy with her two children Micah and Andrew Talbert. Andrea's interests include traveling, most outdoor activities,
and of course shopping. If you are interested Andrea has a Zumba page on Facebook~ Andyray's Zumba Class.

still steppin' class This
is an intermediate, low to high impact step class, with choreography and step combinations geared toward the more experienced
stepper. This class places emphasis on cardiovascular conditioning, as well as incorporating muscle strengthening and flexibility
training. Tuesdays & Thursdays 9:30-10:45 am Rashel Donegan step it up This is a
lower impact step class, with step combinations geared toward the less experienced stepper. The workout places emphasis on

Natalie Pool

This class is for all fitness levels, offering a workout for the mind,
body and spirit! It is a yoga alternative, combining low impact aerobics, powerful stretching and utilization of scripture
- all done to motivational and inspirational Christian music. Wednesdays 10:40

body buster class This class focuses on strengthening and sculpting every muscle group of the body to the max! A variety
of resistance equipment and exercises are used to keep the class fresh and fun. Mondays 7:15 - 8:15 pm Mike Johnson/David Gardner Tuesdays 7:15 - 8:15 pm Patrick Voyles pilates mat Originally an exercise method developed for dancers, this class will help you lengthen and strengthen every major
muscle group in your body, while improving overall flexibility. The exercises focus on the "powerhouse", also known
as the core muscles of the body, to help improve posture and overall physical fitness. Fridays 10:20-10:50 am Belinda Willmoth (Classes in November only)
absolutely abs This is a 30-minute comprehensive and instructional workout class developed to strengthen the abdominal/core
muscles safely. All fitness levels welcome. Wednesdays 6:00

Carmen Kraus has been teaching group
exercise classes since the spring of 2005. She has been a certified PraiseMoves instructor since May of 2007. Carmen has a
background in recreation therapy and children's fitness. The ROC has allowed her to use her passions and talents to a
unique advantage to serve our people through the group exercise program. She and her husband, Will, have two children. Carmen
and her family have a heart for people, and you will find them actively involved in many other ministry areas of FBR and in
our community.
Rashel Donegan has been teaching group
exercise classes for seven years. She serves as group exercise director for the ROC. Rashel is AFAA group exercise certified,
Fitour Pilates Mat certified and holds her most recent certification as a PraiseMoves instructor. Her heart for people and
passion for fitness was what the Lord used to call her to a career in the fitness ministry. She and her husband, Bryan, have
two daughters. They enjoy almost any activity together as a family, including caring for their five pets.
Kattia Mills was born and raised in Costa
Rica, thereby establishing her proficiency in the traditional cultural dance. She moved to the United States in 2000, became
a born-again believer in Jesus Christ at the Billy Graham Crusade in 2004 and became a United States citizen in 2006. She
is married to Geoff and has three boys. She is very handy around the house and enjoys all sorts of home improvement and decorating
projects, as well as keeping physically fit.
Bryan Donegan enjoys sports and physical
fitness as a hobby. His love of athletics, desire to share God's word and his heart for helping people achieve overall
wellness in his motivation behind volunteering in the group exercise ministry at the ROC. He became an AFAA certified group
exercise instructor in May of 2006, is Fitour certified in Cardio Kickboxing, and has had several years of formal Bushidokan
martial arts training. He has been teaching with the ROC GroupX ministry since May of 2006. He is married to Rashel, and they
have two daughters.
Natalie Pool (not yet pictured)
is new to the ROC, and very excited to be here! She will be teaching a step class on Thursday nights and Saturday mornings.
She and her husband Eric, stay very busy with their three children, and are also involoved with their church in the children's
ministries, Discipleship, and AWANA.
